For Buyers

You must be 18 or older (or have parental consent). Provide accurate delivery information. Pay for items you order. Contact support within 7 days for refund/return requests on damaged or incorrect items.

For Sellers

List only genuine, legal products. Ship orders within the stated timeframe. Respond to buyer messages promptly. Maintain at least a 4-star rating to remain listed. OKMELA reserves the right to remove non-compliant listings.

Payments & Fees

Listing is free. OKMELA charges a small commission on completed sales. Payment is processed securely via eSewa, Khalti, or Cash on Delivery.
